Cairo - Mubasher: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development (PRE Group) reported lower consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 663.46 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, compared to EGP 1.47 billion in 9M-24.

The earnings per share (EPS) fell to EGP 0.29 as of 30 September 2025 from EGP 1.24 in the same period a year earlier, according to the financial results.

Consolidated operating revenues totaled EGP 4.75 billion in 9M-25, marking a year-on-year (YoY) rise from EGP 3.92 billion.

The EGX-listed developer reported total assets worth EGP 68.53 billion in 9M-25, against EGP 60.76 billion in the twelve-month period that ended on 31 December 2024.

Standalone Results for 9M-25

Meanwhile, the non-consolidated net profits after tax decreased to EGP 246 million in the January-September 2025 period from EGP 1.28 billion in 9M-24, whereas the EPS decreased to EGP 0.22 from EGP 1.08.

Standalone operating revenues reached EGP 346.02 million in 9M-25, reflecting an annual plunge from EGP 1.44 billion.

Furthermore, the non-consolidated total assets declined to EGP 6.86 billion at the end of September 2025 when compared with EGP 7.25 billion at the end of December 2024. 

Quarterly Financials

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the consolidated net profits after tax of PRE Group reached EGP 159.24 million, higher YoY than EGP 138.21 million.

The consolidated operating revenues climbed to EGP 1.47 billion in Q3-25 from EGP 1.27 billion in Q3-24, while the EPS declined to EGP 0.08 from EGP 0.10.

As for the standalone results, the net profits after tax decreased to EGP 92.03 million in Q3-25 from EGP 107.55 million in Q3-24, whereas the EPS shrank to EGP 0.08 from EGP 0.09.

The real estate developer recorded an annual decline in non-consolidated operating revenues to EGP 122.14 million during Q3-25, versus EGP 180.42 million.

During the first half (H1) of 2025, PRE Group generated consolidated net profits of EGP 504.22 million, signaling a YoY drop from EGP 1.33 billion.
